We used Peabody Enterprises to build custom cabinetry for our Business in Lakeville MN. When John, the owner, himself came out to install our cabinets he was not only rude but disrespectful. I was told the day of install what time they thought they were going to come (around 1:30 pm) but was not given a days notice incase that didn't work. I then rearranged my schedule to make sure I was in my place of business by 1 pm to let them in and show them where to install. When I didn't hear from them by 3 pm (when my place of business opens) I called and left a voice mail that the install would need to be rescheduled. At 3:30 pm with no prior phone call or announcement John and his install team showed up expecting it wouldn't be an issue. We start having clients at 4pm and I politely told the team that they would need to come back becasue the noise would disrupt our business. He then proceeded to yell at me and tell me that "It's now or the install will not be done". When I explained to him our situation he continued to say "Fine, we just won't do it then. You don't realize it is an hour drive for us to come down here so if you want it done it will be now or never". Not only is this rude but entirely disrespectful to us, the client.
