All Pro installed new gutters and leaf filters in April 2021. At time of installation we mentioned that we might get a new roof installed in another year - but needed gutters now. We were told not to worry, gutters and leaf filters were under warranty. When we get new roof, call All Pro to have gutters and leaf filters removed and reinstalled so as not to void the warranty. We were told that reinstallation would only be a couple of hundred dollars. One month later our insurance company informed us that we needed to have the roof replaced by mid-September or our insurance would be cancelled. Just before our new roof was to be installed, my husband went into the hospital with complications of Covid-19. As of this writing he has been in the hospital ten days. Two days after my husband went into the hospital, and shortly before the start of the roofing job, we called All Pro to get the gutters removed as per what we had been told. The estimator told me he was the one that saw us the first time and that they had said no such thing about a warranty. He said they would charge $400 to replace the leaf filters and that the roofing company should handle the gutters. The roofing company - a very good one - carefully loosened the gutters, re-roofed our house, and retightened the gutters. The roofing company very carefully removed the leaf filters, saved all the screws and put the leaf filters to one side, undamaged. After talking to All Pro on the phone from the hospital, my husband was told that the leaf filters - which nobody ever came to look at since before the roofing job was even started - were all destroyed. This was an outright lie since they had not even looked at the leaf filters, still neatly stacked with all the screws by our garage. My husband called back from his bed in the hospital to try to get things worked out so that our leaf filters could be reinstalled. He was told that the owner had decided that they were not going to back their own words on this and reinstall the leaf filters at all because there wasn't enough profit for them to do that. Nice gutters, no integrity.
