I would highly recommend Patty Armbrust. She caters with only the freshest ingredients. We ordered a bagel tray for a breakfast she was catering for us and she actually got up at some crazy hour of the morning to go to the bakery and get the bagels as they came out of the oven. In the past, I've never had a caterer pay such special attention to details. She customizes the menu to fit all dietary needs. I have a vegetarian, a Vegan and shellfish allergies in my group and she didn't skip a beat! It was all perfect!
