I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND...he was called on 4/6/12 about the hot water heater throwing the breaker...he came on 4/7/12 and tested everything and said the problem was the breaker, which he replaced...service call, labor & part - $157.00. On 4/16, had to call him about the SAME ISSUE...he came AGAIN and said the problem was the element in the water heater itself, which he replaced...service call, labor & parts - $148.00. So I paid for TWO service calls, TWO charges for labor PLUS breakers and elements which SHOULD have been taken care of the FIRST TIME....SCAMMER!!!!!
