General Contractor We are a central Maine based General Contractor focusing in commercial and residential building, renovation and site work projects. We specialize in "occupied" renovation construction with an emphasis on negotiated projects. Our firm has been incorporated since July of 1997 and the principals of the corporation have over 50 years experience in the construction management all size projects including small and mid-size jobs, as well as complex, multi-million dollar projects. These projects range in scope from retail space expansions and renovations, negotiated design build academies, to "hard money" school and state and municipal multi-use facilities.
