we had a bad make shift counter top that was made by this company of Galan counter tops on 110 i street in SAN ANTONIO Tx, Tim Galan & paul been giving us the round and round about making some correction in some bad rotten wood they in install at our new home.1st we call, and a looney tick answer the the phone and say this is burger king,2nd time I call and the same loony tick answers and starts cursing at me and said i got the wrong#,and to call pizza hut, 3th time some guy name tim answer and takes the compliant about the bad service they did at my new home, and he also stated that the loony tick was only a part time employee.Paul & Tim are trying to used any excuse in the book as for them not to fix the mold water damage wood in counter top. Galan refuse to replace the wood and only sand the partical wood.My main thing is for Galan to replace the whole wood not to leave it there when we paid for a new wood not for damage used wood.Yes I'm upset just any homeowner would be after losing their patients from alot of round &round from Galan counter tops. Galan refuse to fix the problems if I call the D.A off-,B.B.B., or take him to court, but its been over a month that were waiting but no results. THE ANSWER IS NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND GALAN TO NO ONE ELSE TO BE THEIR OTHER VICTIMS LIKE WE ARE. PAUL WAS NOT MAN ENOUGH TO TALK SO HE CALL THE POLICE AND STATED THAT I WAS MAD MAN WHEN I WENT TO TALK TO THE OWNER.THE OWNERS NAME IS NOT THE SAME ON THE TAX DEEDS.THATS FRUAD
