This public adjuster came into my home, promised my wife and I they would take care of us, and we would not lose a cent. Problems began when they refused to return phone calls, never provided information as stated on the contract, withheld our money after the insurance company paid them. These were just some of the problems. In the end it was determined had we not used Advanced Public Adjuster, we would have gotten back an additional 3,000 dollars. Instead the money went into the pocket of ADA/Greg Micucci. Basically we paid them to represent us out of money that we would have gotten back for the damage to our home. This guy is a and liar, and far from a professional business man. If you have damage to your home, hire contractors, submit the proposals to your insurance company, DON'T DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES. Do yourself a favor and find someone who knows what customer service is about, because this company does not have a clue.
