They are terrible, they were over 2 hours late. I finally had to call a taxi. They kept on lying saying that they would be there in 10 minutes. I almost caught pneumonia . They are the worst. Giovani the dispatcher does not know how to tell the truth. I would recommend that you not use Galaxy

This company is the better access ride. I use this company every week. My driver Lennox was very friendly and helpful. He even helped me up the stairs in my building. I never had a problem waiting.

This company is the worst. They show up when they feel like it and then have the nerve catch an attitude with me for calling repeatedly to find out where my pick up was at. They made me over an hour late for my appointment and never apologized. And this is not the first time this has happened.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless you like being lied to or being late.
