Recently we had a new heater installed by Shellhorn and Hill. The service tech ( Charlie) was great...no nonsense..just a knowledgable, efficient and really nice guy. We bought the new heater without shopping around because of past experiences with the company. all good reports and honest folks. As as added note, John Heffelfinger, the sales rep. has the same last name as my maiden name...he was personalble and well versed with his products...no brainer.. he sold us in a heart beat. A new heater was installed on Wednesday (service call was on Monday) and Jim and Willy were the installers...fast expert and fabulous job. We could not be happier and we will recommend Shellhorn and Hill to all of our friends and relatives. We also buy all our oil from Shellhorn and Hill!
