Dear Sirs, On Friday (01/03/14) I was abused by your security guards after shopping at: Food 4Less 4821 W. North Avenue; Chicago, IL). I entered the aforementioned store @ approximately 2 pm. I purchased 4 bananas, oatmeal, 4 yogurts, 4 bags of peas, 2 bags of beans (both frozen), a bottle of red wine, and a candy bar. I paid for these items @ 2:46 pm, bagged them and then decided to use the washroom due to lengthy bus delays that I experienced earlier. When I came out of the wash room two of your security guards (Authur Vaughn & M. Deramus) who spoke to me in a very mean, disrespectful, demeaning voice to tell me that I know that I can't use the washroom if I have bags. I explained that I didn't want to use the washroom but had to even though I paid for and bagged my items, but I HAD to use the washroom. They demanded and studied my receipt then added that I knew that I was supposed to leave purchases with security if I needed to use the washroom after paying for items, adding there are two of us in the store. I stated that on two occasions I left paid items with a clerk, and with a security guards (at this store) and they were taken. The taller security guard finished my sentence by saying 'and they were taken' while smiling at that portion of my sentence. In the first incident a manager took me upstairs and we both viewed the individual who took my cart with fully paid item and walked out of the store smiling.
