First let me start by saying that Big Spoon is a great place to enjoy the finest in yogurts and toppings. How ever i am sad to say not long ago while paying at one of your places of business close to the place that i currently reside. I was wrongfully given a trespassing notice issued by the police officer due to possible misunderstading on the part of hear say by the girl that works their. The reason i am writing you this is because it has no bases in it reasoning.In no way were my acts lude crude or disrespectful. There was not a moment at any time that i became loud and or cursed at her to justify anything like a disturbing the peace. If anything it would be a trespass in the sense of the word that she was stopping in my and an in the passage while having or paying for an item. However personally i do not feel it was and act of malice yet and still ppersonal. Their have been many other times before this happen without seeing her that i had no problems paying and leaving. It is a great place to stay cool in the summer. Also when it gets hot it is a great place to get something cold as a treat. Also i do a lot of work in the area. I don't feel any one is wrong yet I would gratefully and respectfully ask that i may be able to show my support to one of the greatest businesses in the area. AnJon M Douglas
