I have dealt with Jaekel for sometime and always impressed with their service. Today, I had a situation and was helped by Kate who is always friendly and kind and she has always been this way since I started as their customer. I was totally amazed that I received oil in a couple of hours of resolving the problem. Everyone there is fantastic! I highly recommend them. A company that provides such a service should be applauded.
