STAY AWAY FROM THIS GC HE IS NOT RELIABLE AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS TO KEEP HIS WORD. HE WILL PUT YOU ASLEEP WHILE DOING NOTHING TO REPAIR ISSUE THAT HE CREATED TRYING TO EVADE HIS OWN RESPONSIBILITY. Viga carpentry built my house in 2014, I had windows leaks right immediately after. I kept calling him to ask him to repair, he simply ignored my calls. Vinicius started his career in installing windows. Problems kept occurring with my windows leaks and more leaks. I kept repairing my walls every year. After a few years, I contacted him again and threatened to sue him if my issues were not fixed. Mold started to occur which created health issues for me and my family. End of 2020 He finally came back to meet my consultant who showed him clearly that there was an installation issue. He kept arguing that the problem was the windows and more specifically PGT. I spent 2 months calling PGT every day , they were very unresponsive and with the worst customer service ever. After reaching out to the top management at PGT they suggested that I call a window installation company to perform a diagnostic. I called the window company that they suggested, the result came: windows were badly installed and that there was nothing wrong with the windows. I called Viga Carpentry that postponed and postponed their " supposed intervention" inventing reasons not to come. Finally today where I took the decision to sue him. My Name is Eric Harari
