DONT trust these people with your pets! Came home to my cat with an injured paw and no food or water. I was told I'd get a refund for half of what I paid and then never saw a dime. I called and talked to Ron and Maureen, the owners, as to why I haven't gotten my money back and they said I wasn't getting it back now because of the review I left on Yelp....what kind of business owner does that!? You don't lie and tell someone they're getting their money back then never send anything. Plus my cat was HURT! Even if it's not their fault at least tell me what happened and apologize! They are rude, immature liars, so be warned!
