In mid March 2012, MRT planted a hedgerow of about 25 bushes (Viburnum) and two White Birds of Paradise at our home. Initially, all plants looked good and like they'd 'taken' to their new surroundings. However, after 2 months the white birds looked like they were dying and now (6 months later) the viburnum are turning brown and sickly and at least one (probably more at this point) need to be replaced. The project manager has been out to check and assures us that the plants are fine and they're just....not getting acclimated...or...need more water...or...are getting too much rain (right)...need fertilizer (which we did with no improvement),...prefer a colder climate (in the summer that is, in March he said they all needed more warmth)...and other excuses I can't remember. Our entire side yard now looks like a mess with thinning bushes and droopy, brown, white birds. Also, the project manager is always SOOO sorry and apologizes profusely each time he's been scheduled to come here but blew us off to get his jeep fixed (or whatever else came up that prevented him from keeping our scheduled appointment ) AND NEVER CALLED US TO CANCEL. He also NEVER returns phone calls! This behavior is CHRONIC. Our side yard now looks like a disaster and something as simple as planting a hedge has become a major, protracted project...an expensive project which has yet to be rectified by MRT. Luckily, I paid by credit card so when I've finally had enough of their excuses and foot dragging I will
