I called AFCO in the morning to confirm and was told between 12-5 p.m. I waited all day and at 4:30 I called AFCO to find out what time they were coming. I spoke with a very rude man named ROY. I explained to him that I took the day off work and was waiting all day and needed the stove fixed because we were having a holiday party the next day. He told me they couldn't make the appointment because they couldn't get the glass. I didn't understand - I confirmed in the morning and if they couldn't get the part why didn't someone call me. Roy said what part don't you understand "you Fuc****ing Ass***ole" I pulled my phone from my ear and looked at it in amazement, I couldn't believe I was spoken to in that manner, Whatever happened to customer service? How can a person like this still work for this company and if Roy is the owner why does a huge company like LG give them business? I now read other reviews on him and see that it is not just me. There are many other customers who have had similar experiences. KEEP AWAY!!! BEWARE - If you need repairs have it done from a company who believes in customer service and truly wants your business.
