Formal request to Cease and Desist
on July 11, 2013 a quick storm swept through Springfield and a few large branches did fall from the neighboring tree, over the fence and did damage to a solar powered bus. The tree is situated at the fenceline of 137 E Second St, Springfield, OH 45504. Complete videos concerning the storm and the aftermath's walkthrough of the damage. Prior to July 11, 2013 owner of affected neighboring property, location: 1335 N. Limestone St. in Springfield, did communicate with the owner of the rogue unkempt tree, to no avail.
It is already understood that since the aformentioned communications had not occurred in a formal letter acceptable within a Court of Law that damages superceding $400.00 for the shattered 24v 200w monocrystalline solar panel which was integral in completing the 48v series circuit to the now-damaged 150v, 60a charge controller which is at the other end of the solar panel wiring. The Charge controller and solar panel's full documentation and even videos on youtube which are dated the day of purchase are available upon request free of charge.
