We got stuck in the mud on a remote county road several miles off Colorado 89 about 5 PM one afternoon after the big April 2016 storm. We called Woller Towing for assistance. Some 4 hours later their truck was close to us, and it got stuck as well. The driver’s boss, arrived at his location about midnight – and the 2 of them drove off in the second vehicle, without us, and without telling us they were leaving. We noticed that the truck lights were not showing as before, and phoned the driver who said they were already down by the highway. We asked for a ride to town, and the reply was “We’re outta here.” The boss said they could refuse service to anyone, which is legally correct – but even if they couldn’t or wouldn’t help us with our car that night, how could anyone refuse a ride to 3 stranded people at midnight? We were about 25 miles from the nearest town, the temperature was in the low 40’s, and a frigid wind was blowing hard. When they abandoned us they had no idea whether we had gasoline to keep our vehicle warm overnight, warm clothing, food or water. I would strongly recommend AGAINST using this company.

Andy Woller Towing did a great and professional job for my wife and I. She wrecked her car while I was out of town. He showed up quickly and treat my wife with lots of respect. Thank you so much! I was in my little car and had a wreck when a semi turned in front of me striking my car on the front driver's side. Fortunately, I was not injured, but my car was not able to be driven from the scene.I was extremely upset following the incident, especially since the semi driver became quite belligerent towards me. Andy Woller Towing was called and got there quite quickly. I was so grateful to have such a kind tow truck driver to help me in the very stressful situation. The driver made sure I was alright and loaded my car and got me back to work as soon as possible. I will definitely call them if ever in a similar situation again!
