This company badly misrepresents what they can and will do. I tried to work with them to get a lady's pool cover repaired. The supervisor came out and stated repair was simple and he would get it fixed. Job was never done and bill was sent exceeding the estimate for total job. ropes and pulley was never replaced. (in fact one was taken) Pool cover is in worse shape than before job was started.
