I have to tell you I purchased shutters from Stanfield Shutters over 30 years ago. After about 4 years after they installed the shutters I had noticed a couple of the little holders had come unattached from the center tilter bar. It was a few days after this that I heard a knock at my door. I opened the door and this darling little man said to me, I see you have a couple of unattached slats on your shutters i'd like to fix them for you. He fixed the slats right away and after I asked him what do I owe you? He said nothing, just please tell your friends and neighbors about Stanfield Shutter.
