Specialty toy store in downtown Waynesville, NC. Open year-round, 7 days a week. Shop online at www.funthingsetconline.com. Fun Things Etc has been independently owned and operated by Denise Teague since 2006! We carry a mix of specialty toys and novelty items, at least 25% of which are made in the USA. With Play Space and an Event Space also in the store, we have more than just toys (but those are cool, too). Play Space is a private, gated area where families can hang out and play with puppets, costumes, art supplies, and more for just $3 a day. Our Event Space hosts cool groups and activities, the most popular being the Smoky Mountain Model Railroaders and their electric Lionel trains. Our mission is to encourage kids to play, learn, and grow by providing a safe, fun place for families to be together.
