Mansfield screw machine is sweat shop that would pay you penny's a day for experienced help if they could get away with it. They have Cancer causing agents that they do not properly ventilate. The general manager is the worst of all, he will from the day that you work there until the day that you die slander your name. He will put you though all heck and not even care if something happens to you. They do not care about company ethics, they don't care about making good products. The only thing they care about is that their profits are a lot higher then the previous months. They will put you through a temp place for month on in, then hire you in. Then they will make you go back through the temp agency. I would not expect this company to last more then a couple years at best because of how selfish they are. even the companies MSM works for doesn't like their work and always sends it back. If I had to rate this company, I would rate it a 0 out of 10. They do not care about anything other than profit, and will not care if the hurt and step on people on the way to get it.
