As pointed out in many a post online Car Wash USA could care less about any damage caused by their equipment. Just took my new car there for a quick wash while running errands and they scratched through the clear coat and the paint (in 2 spots). The damage is exactly the same on both sides of the vehicle and obviously caused by their machine. Spoke to a Karen Luna who regards herself as the manager but cannot make any decisions regarding her business and states I need to talk to a Mr. Kim in Atlanta. Well it's in the attorneys hands now... Oh and the wash was terrible. Consider yourself warned and avoid this place like the plague!
