Founded in 1982, Chapman Properties is a recognized leader in its field, earning multiple National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ awards. Building 33 in Leetsdale Industrial Park, Chapman’s 2 million SF mixed-use business park, received the 2013 NAIOP Renovation-Industrial award for improvements made to roughly 120,000 SF of industrial space.
