I have family that lived hear for many many many years and they have seen people get shot staped robed and broken into.This place is hell they are stealing money from all the owners because my family pays 200 something for Association thy pay but for somereson for 5 years or more they have done nothing to better the place its a dump in and out.They have went though a lot of manger and mantenance. they just had a really good working there that picked up clean and worked hard to get things going but he no longer works hear,We have a manger that is mean rude to everybody and the owners of the condos as well.....I really don't Recommend this place for no one the pool is no longer getting mantain the junck out side is no longer getting picked up and the manitenance person is never hear to get a hold of or to get worked done.This place is falling apart and they Stealing everybodys money so don't live hear if u want to live this is the most horrify place to live .And may I add that there was a brake in hear a month ago while people was sleeping work up to an naked man on there couch when they got up with there kids thats what they found what a wonderful moring that was for them. So stay away from Plam West Condos this is hell hear.
