4/14/2011 I was planning an event for our gym and needed t-shirts made for the participants. I had contacted someone prior to contacting Proforma GPS who had not gotten to me when I had spoken to him and sent him an email with the details of my order. In dire need to getting this done, I was referred by a friend to contact Proforma GPS for assistance. I contacted Steve and he got back to me in regards to my request. With only 4-5 days to take care of this, both Steve and Lorrie assisted me with my t-shirt options, design, & order. I know they had other things (projects & orders) that they were already working on, but made me feel like I was first priority. I'm a strong believer of when good service is rendered, it needs to be recognized. Steve and Lorrie provided one of the best customer service I have ever gotten. They were great in communicating with me what I wanted and made sure I was content with it.
