I absolutely detest this company. The reason being is this. I have worked with this company for more than a year and a half. During this time I have experienced the most deplorable work environment that I have ever worked in in my entire life. I made the mistake of applying for a job at this place in August of 2011. After being there for about 2 months I worked under one of the most inept mean and pure racist managers that I have ever seen in my life. He is mean to a fault and he is disrespectful and rude to the carrierers at the place where I work and he takes pleasure in treating the carriers like a dog. He will not pay them and when he does he pays them what he thinks they are worth and not for the hard work that they do each night usually about 100.00. This is actually slave labor and the only reason that I stayed here for this short while is because I met an adorable man who trained me and we shared the same interests about this horrible place. He has recently quit and found other employment which is what I am trying desparately to do.Don't ever think about getting a raise because this does not happen with Paxton Media In fact, the carriers can bearly get paid at all. Every week I have to literally fight for my pay check while the managers and the people in the office enjoy the benefits of getting paid a good salary in a timely manner. This company is a multi million dollar company who exploits thier carriers. I reccomend they get a reality check.
