They didn’t pick up my bulk and the owner called me a liar when I told him I placed it out two days early last week. Chuck was sarcastic and said gps shows they went down my street and proves I’m lying. City pulled up gps and found they never went down my street. Also driver told me to F off and raised his hand up to me and I thought he was going to hit me but he slapped the back of his palm into his other hand instead so I’m just paranoid about that part, but chuck says he didn’t even raise his hand up to me. He backs up the driver with the lazy eye and tattooed neck. I was proven right, the owner chuck is a liar. He was sarcastic during whole conversation and even told me to be quiet because I had my chance to talk and now I was going to listen to him. Christina from dispatch has always been nice to me so kudos to her. Hope she finds her way out of that toxic job. Never has a grown man spoken to me that way and now in 24 hours from the same company two grown men treated me horribly. They try to intimidate you and for me it worked These people are scary except for Christina.
