Why is this shop always looking for a Lathe guy ? Either it sucks working for them or they can supply the training ? never the less,you probably do not want to work for them. F.Y.I. there are shop that think there a machine shop but there a JOKE like for example "Silveiras Machine shop . Valley Tool and Heighten M.F.G. .What we have here are shops that take advantage of the hispanic race & really do not care about the American people that went through education (takes time)and the years of working up the ranks to get to certain levels as a machinist.
