Worst rental experience of my life! I paid $800 for a month's rent and nonrefundable deposit for a run down RV. The walls crumbled when touched, you could actually see the floor from the bedroom and hardly any water pressure. Shower wouldn't drain, bugs, black mold and a small possum lived inside. A week after I moved in my landlord decided to take my name off the lease and put the guy that was with me on in instead without my consent, even though I paid every dime. Then he told me to leave after hegot the new lease. I plan on taking legal action. This place is definitely not recommended not even for a last resort. I recommend getting a tent in the woods because it would be better than Country Getaway.
