On the contrary, this company is small town business, with no after hours technical service available. If your internet or television is down, after payin yoru 150.00/month bill, and you call for support, FORGET ABOUT IT. They don't offer IT support to assist you in gaining access to what you pay for, they tell you to call back at 8am the next morning. You still are in debt for the full month's service regardless of how many evenings you don't have access to internet, television, telephone, etc. Some advice, call direct TV.
