I've had the pleasure of working with Munis after spending 3 months looking for an apartment to no avail with other brokers. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions right away. I wanted to see the apartment a second time and it was no problem. We started the paperwork right away and I was approved in a day. He was very helpful in providing advice on how to proceed with the requirements to get approved quickly. I highly recommend Munis and would work with him again.

Great Broker. Recommend to anyone. A friend and I just signed our first apartment with Munis. We had great communication with him from the start. He met us at a time that was most convenient for us. He was very knowledgeable about the apartment/building and the area we were looking at and was able to answer all the questions we had. We closed the deal in 1 day and we will be moving in soon. I recommend Muins to anyone looking for an apartment, whether it be your first or last. He'll do all he can to help you out.
