Are wright & filippis not going to carry one touch test strips any longer?

this company has more handoffs than bart star,if you have a complant,forget it they say theyll call back,dont happen,one to anotherrun around.never came out to check oxygen concentrator in 6 years,never a new air line.there pathetic.if i was you id call linecare or bensons or your local vetrenary youll get better service.plus there still trying to bill me through there call 3 times a day collection goons and my wife just sent them over 2 grand (agenst my knolage)the place is like the damn government.know body knows there job.and ther way to bloted....run and run fast

love it wish it would offer a lighter portable oxygen unit...the eclipse is awful and no way customer friendly..it is cumbersome..heavy..a act of congress to change the battery...why not go cutting edge with a Airsep..lightweight both constent and pulse...and best of all Lightweight.. thanks for listening Eunice Stanczyk ..customer for almost 6 years....

This is the worst company to work with for diabetic supplies. The incompetence of their staff appears to be system wide, from the store front to the customer service representatives, to the shippers. I cannot imagine the stress they put the elderly through considering the stress they put me through, and I know what to do. The biggest recommendation that I can give it to FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, FAST!
