I came to Total Health Institute a little over a year ago with a diagnosis of bladder cancer and heart disease. Since being under the care of Dr. Keith Nemec I have to say I feel great. My energy is also great. I went to my family doctor for a complete checkup a few weeks ago and my blood work was tremendously improved. My ferritin level which is a sign of an inflamed liver was extremely high a year ago at 625 now it is down to 209. My liver enzymes SGOT and SGPT dropped in half from 22 to 11 and 40 to 26. Even my blood sugar dropped from 97 to 85. I have stopped all my medications including my high blood pressure medication since starting with Dr. Nemec and my family doctor told me if he did not know my history, by my present blood work and examination, he would say I am really healthy. That is because I am. Thank you Dr. Nemec and all the staff at Total Health Institute!

I started on the Total Health Institute program six months ago. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, an anaplastic astrocytoma grade three brain tumor that I had surgically removed and the doctor told me that I should do the chemo and radiation even though it wouldn't do much. It might give me an extra six months of life, but I would have to be doing the chemo and the radiation throughout the whole thing. So for quality of the life reasons I declined and contacted Total Health Institute and started their treatment and teaching program. When I first started. I was very weak mostly from surgery. I lost some weight detoxing everything out of my system but now am back to my original weight and getting stronger, more energy and feeling good. About two and a half months ago I had another brain scan and the results were no new growth. Of course, they still pushed for the chemo and the radiation but I saw it as a sign that what I am doing at Total Health Institute is working and I'm just going to stay the course because I'm doing well. I think the physical benefits of all that I do at Total Health Institute are great, but the spiritual benefits have been really what's helped me the most. That's why I'm here. The diet, lifestyle and physical treatments are very important to follow. But I needed to come to heal my body, mind and spirit. That has been my greatest benefit since coming to Total Health Institute.

I started the treatment and teaching program at Total Health Institute with Dr. Keith Nemec a year ago. My diagnosis was stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer that had spread everywhere in my body. My doctor said that it was too late to reverse it so that is when I contacted Dr. Nemec. It has been a year that I have been on the program with treatments, therapies and my new diet and lifestyle and I feel 100% better. My PSA went down from 57.6 to the lowest at 2.4 which is in the normal range. My first bone scan showed cancer in many areas including both femur bones. This most recent scan showed it all clear in the left hip and a little residual inflammation in my right hip. I am so thankful to God and Dr. Nemec for helping me in my healing journey.
