I came to Total Health Institute a little over a year ago with a diagnosis of bladder cancer and heart disease. Since being under the care of Dr. Keith Nemec I have to say I feel great. My energy is also great. I went to my family doctor for a complete checkup a few weeks ago and my blood work was tremendously improved. My ferritin level which is a sign of an inflamed liver was extremely high a year ago at 625 now it is down to 209. My liver enzymes SGOT and SGPT dropped in half from 22 to 11 and 40 to 26. Even my blood sugar dropped from 97 to 85. I have stopped all my medications including my high blood pressure medication since starting with Dr. Nemec and my family doctor told me if he did not know my history, by my present blood work and examination, he would say I am really healthy. I started on the Total Health Institute program six months ago. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, an anaplastic astrocytoma grade three brain tumor that I had surgically removed and the doctor told me that I should do the chemo and radiation even though it wouldn't do much. It might give me an extra six months of life, but I would have to be doing the chemo and the radiation throughout the whole thing. So for quality of the life reasons I declined and contacted Total Health Institute and started their treatment and teaching program. When I first started. I was very weak mostly from surgery. I lost some weight detoxing everything out of my system but now am back to my original weight and getting stronger, more energy and feeling good. About two and a half months ago I had another brain scan and the results were no new growth. Of course, they still pushed for the chemo and the radiation but I saw it as a sign that what I am doing at Total Health Institute is working and I'm just going to stay the course because I'm doing well. I think the physical benefits of all that I do at Total Health Institute are great, but the spiritual benefits have been really what's helped me the most. That's why I'm here. The diet, lifestyle and physical treatments are very important to follow. But I needed to come to heal my body, mind and spirit. I started the treatment and teaching program at Total Health Institute with Dr. Keith Nemec a year ago. My diagnosis was stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer that had spread everywhere in my body. My doctor said that it was too late to reverse it so that is when I contacted Dr. Nemec. It has been a year that I have been on the program with treatments, therapies and my new diet and lifestyle and I feel 100% better. My PSA went down from 57.6 to the lowest at 2.4 which is in the normal range. My first bone scan showed cancer in many areas including both femur bones. This most recent scan showed it all clear in the left hip and a little residual inflammation in my right hip. I am so thankful to God and Dr. Nemec for helping me in my healing journey.

The reason I contacted Dr. Nemec at Total Health Institute was because I have diabetes and have been on prescription medication for quite some time and I really wanted to stop taking medication. My other symptoms were very low energy and after an MRI they wanted to biopsy both of my breasts and I said "absolutely not". That is when I sought out Dr. Nemec. In a matter of a week and a half I was off all of my medication for diabetes. My husband of 34 years commented on my change of energy which before coming to Total Health Institute, maybe I would have 2 days out of a whole month, now I have energy from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep. All of this in just three weeks of following the treatment program and Dr. Nemec's recommendations.

On April 24th last year I had my gallbladder removed and they found a cancerous tumor in the gallbladder. They also removed one of the lymph nodes and found out that the lymph node did have cancer in it. They recommended chemotherapy. I was scared because everybody said this is what you have to do so I did go through one chemotherapy treatment and I realized oh, no, this is not for me. They also wanted to remove five percent of my liver just in case it's spread to the liver because the liver is close to the gallbladder, but they didn't see any spots or anything on my liver. That is when we contacted Total Health Institute. It had been almost a year since I started at Total Health Institute, I had a follow up scan done for comparison. When I had the first scan done right after the gallbladder was removed, it did show a spot on my pelvis and a spot on my lung. When I went for my recent comparison scan there were no signs of any spots anywhere. Even my follow up blood work was really good all the numbers had come down and most of them were in the normal range. I just am so happy that I found this institute and it's changed my life around.

When I came to Total Health Institute my tonsils were swollen my original diagnosis was head and neck cancer and throat cancer. It was on my tongue, my tonsils were bright red and there was halfway down the top of my throat, all around is was solid red, it was scary. It is gone. It’s all gone – It’s 100% gone – been on the program for about 10 months. I have had manic depression my whole entire life. Remember being a little boy – being bi polar now – manic depression – I had this thing if something didn’t go right I would destroy it. Built a go kart – I was pulling on the cord and it wouldn’t start, I took a sledgehammer and destroyed it. In the 10 months I have been coming here, I have been settled more, I don’t get extremely angry any more, it’s kind of like I think about it before I do, it’s like it’s dissipated I’m a lot better off.
