Classes offered: ages 4-6 Lil Dragons; 7-12 Youth Taekwondo; 13-Adult Taekwondo, Tai Chi, Hapkido & Korean weapons, We are available for community groups teaching self defense seminars. For over 27 years, we have provided nutrition consultations and support for the entire family. Our specilaites are ADD, sports nutrition and preventative health care.
