Dan got me out of a last minute jam and helped us in our moment of great need. Our heating system needed an inspection prior to selling the house. An appliance repair man said the old system was junk and needed replacing (for $11K!) with 5 days before the sale closing. But Dan saved the day - he inspected and cleaned the system with no problem and it's still running 5 years later. Thanks Dan!
