Worst place to get your windshield at I called and asked for a windshield couple days ago and he told me Im not interested, i spoke to one worker he was more concerned about how he was going to get paid then to satisfy his costumes. I would never recommend anyone to ever go to this place.

Very dissatisfied customer. They did a terrible job. It looked the same when they were finished as it did before they started. I emailed them and they say there is nothing they can do once the repair is done and then gave me a quote for a new windshield. Now the windshield must be replaced. not using them for that!

I was extremely disappointed in the state of my car after having the windshield replaced by Bills Glass & Windshields a few days ago. When spending hundreds of dollars on a service, I would expect my car to be in the same condition as the way I left it. Instead, my car was left FITHY. There dirty, muddy footprints all over my carpet, floor mats and door trim resulting in another expense I need to put forward for the inside of my car to be cleaned. With $400 being spent, I would expect a business to be considerate of my property.

I do not recommend this business. Recommended repairs for a leak that were not needed and would not have fixed the problem. Went to another place that found the problem and fixed it

Terrible service. My window broke three months after they fixed it. I miss placed my receipt, and they would not honor the warranty that they promised me. My money was gone.

I went to change the window. It was horribly scratched. On my way home I noticed specs on the window. I later discovered they were tiny chips in the glass. Lots of them.took it back and got the run around. Won't go back.

The guy on the phone was rude and condescending, so I wont be going there.

Long wait, they messed up on my windshield the first time so I has to reschedule.

So unprofessional! Had an appointment, but so did 10 other people! 2 hour wait whether you have an appointment or not. There are plenty of other shops nearby. Don't waste your time or money

Called for a quote, scheduled a time to have my windscreen replaced but an hour after the appointed time....nothing. Called to ask where the fitter was and was just fobbed off and told it had been raining. When I asked why nobody called me to let me know, I was just given the same poor excuse, and no apology for wasting my time. I think it depends who you talk to... one of the people I spoke to seemed decent enough the other just rude and not worth the time of day. I've had other comparable quotes and won't be spending my money here.
