The mayor of McMinnville is fully aware, keeps sweeping it under the rug and this horrible animal abuse must stop. If your animal control shelter is NOT willing to take care of the animals properly and allow rescues to help you, you should NOT be receiving any revenue at all! Close the shelter and prosecute the people whom are responsible for these heinous acts of animal abuse at the McMinnville Animal Shelter !
