HE'S A CROOK!!!!  Kept my car for a day and half, didn't respond to any of my calls asking where he was with my car. After calling him and leaving messages all day he texted me back saying he wasn't available and he would contact me the next day.  As I was on the phone with the police to report the car stolen he called. Not until I told him I was filing the stolen vehicle report did he agree to bring my car. And of course then he wanted cash for payment and wouldn't take a credit card. I told him I would have his cash in 10 minutes when would he deliver my car.  He texted 2 1/2 hrs. This was at 6:30 pm. At 9:30 he texted asking for my address which he already had and said it would be another hour. My car was finally delivered at 11pm.   He doesn't even have preprinted receipts that reflect the name of his business and address. Unbelievably this was a towing company I was connected to by the Mercedes Benz MB Me app. I felt like my car had been kidnapped.  UNACCEPTABLE!!!  Stay away from RT QUALITY TOWING in Oakland CA.    And Mercedes Benz should be ashamed for contracting with such a crooked towing facility.
