My wife and I have never left a negative review for a contractor in the past. Nicholson Roofing had to provide us with mind-blowingly bad service to get this review. Nicholson Roofing incorrectly installed 2 of the 4 gutters they did for us way back in June of 2018. Nicholson Roofing pitched them so badly that the gutters were not draining at all. The two incorrectly installed gutters each had 3-4 inches of water in them at all times, and overflowed in the wrong direction every time it rained. We tried on and off to chase Nicholson Roofing down for two full years to fix their very simple mistake, before we finally gave up and paid someone else fix them. Trying to communicate with Nicholson Roofing was incredibly frustrating. They only returned about 1/4 of our emails once we told them about the problem. They promised on two separate occasions to come and fix the gutters. Both times they didn't show up, didn't give us an update on what happened, and didn't reach out to arrange an alternate date. We did 100% of the follow up, and only got occasional lip service for our efforts from their office manager, Lori. When we finally hired someone else to fix the problem, he was here within 48 hours, and it took him less than an hour to fix. We deeply regret giving Nicholson Roofing a shot. We hope you'll avoid the mistake we made.
