Calico Cottage is the creator and market leader of in-store Fudge Retailing Programs. Calico Cottage is the creator and market leader of in-store Fudge Retailing Programs. Calico provides retailers with equipment, ingredients, finished fudge and extensive merchandising and training support. Fudge is a delicious treat with enormous visual appeal and a captivating aroma that is guaranteed to attract customers to your store and boost sales. This highly profitable business (the fudge is always sold under the retailer's own name) is a great store differentiator. Browsers stop in for any of 15 to 20 flavors of fresh fudge. The increased store traffic inevitably leads to lots of fudge sales. The larger number of visitors into the store also generates increased purchases of a retailer's everyday merchandise.
