Been dealing with them for 5 years now. Seems pleasing enough when you visit their office in St. James. Owner/president, Linda Donato, makes sense when she talks. Mainly all lies. They're looking to get your account, then they revert to managing through denial, diversion, and no accountability. You can call them and they pick up all right, but nothing ever gets done. Most of the time, actually, things get worse because they do malicious things to upset people rather than pacify them. But that's ok - they have a legal person to sell you(at a cost)! Likewise, they offer other services - at a cost. All prices are over-inflated if you're stupid enough to believe them. Then, when you question how something could be so over-priced, they act bewildered Linda: "I'm not sure what you mean - that's the current market rate". Uh, huh - maybe in "Fraudville" where you live! After 5 years, the mask is off - mostly negative, not much positive. I'm also tired of my fellow homeowners blaming me for allowing them to continue managing our otherwise nice community. Acting to get rid of them.
