We have paid our invoice in full; but allow me a few moments to discuss the service we received.
First, the lawn was poorly aerated. In the time of ring and other security cameras, it is very easy to go back and watch video of the quality of work performed in the yard. Many portions of the yard were skipped with respect to aeration and overseeding. The portions of the yard that were overseeded were barely covered. The aeration quality was extremely poor as well.
However, the biggest issue was that one of the workers collided with the siding on the house, putting several large gashes in the siding. The entire piece of siding was moved and slid away from the house. It will require repair to fix the siding. When the office was called, they dismissed the damage, the poor quality in overseeding and aeration. When the supervisor came out, he was equally as unprofessional and dismissive, upsetting my wife to the point where she left and went inside.
We will not be using your service again. We will also encourage friends and neighbors not to use your service.
