I have been buying imported dried black Kirsch Mushrooms ("Imported-Dried", 1 ounce) for at least 40 years. I can no longer find them at any grocery store here in Palm Beach County. Specifically, Wellington/Royal Palm Beach, FL. I used to be able to purchase them at Publix in Miami, FL. I use them in my traditional family recipe of Polish mushroom soup. At one time, I believe the mushrooms were imported from Europe. My family is having a reunion in three weeks and I have the task of making the mushroom soup.
