Horrible Customer service! Owner, Dave and his part time female staff member are both very rude! I dropped a piece off for repair and did not hear back from them for an estimate. I called and could not get a straight answer from the woman on the phone because she, as she stated, "didn't know anything about repairs". When I told her I was going to pick up my piece and take it elsewhere she stated that she could not release it to me even though I had my repair slip. Later, the owner, Dave called me and explained that the piece was off-site at the repair man's house. At this point I was frustrated and unimpressed by their customer service and requested for it to be returned to me. His answer was "You'll get it back as soon as it is back in the store..." He then asked if I expected them to do "headstands" to get things fixed... I don't know what their issues are but they are very condescending and rude and I will NEVER take my business there and I will tell everyone I know the same. POOR POOR Customer service. I will say one thing positive, the older woman that took my piece when I dropped it off was very sweet and very nice.
