Together We Cope is a 501c3 non-profit organization working to prevent homelessness in the four townships (Bremen, Orland, Worth and Palos) we service
With dignity and respect, Together We Cope provides food, clothing and financial assistance for rent/mortgage and utilities. Each day up to 50 familes pick up food from our food pantry. The number of familes seeking assistance continues to grow each year.
