BEWARE of W.L. Gary. Ask for a free estimate and if they won't provide it, other companies will. Take your money else where. They recommended fixes that would cost $2000-$4000 when another company fixed it for $300. See my detailed review below: I had a HVAC water leak due to condensation. I called W.L. Gary to have them take a look. After they came, they determined that they could do nothing and that I either need to replace the water pan or replace the whole HVAC unit which costs $2000+ and $4000+ respectively. Then they told me that they would charge me for the visit. The issue is they never told me how much it would cost for them to come so I ended up having to pay for their visit and not being able to do anything. I had another company give me a free estimate and they recommended that they replace the insulation around the pipes and adjust the angle of my water pan. They would charge me $300+. I went with this other company and that fixed my leak. If you deal with W.L Gary, ask for a free estimate and if they won't provide it, take your business else where because other companies will be more than happy to give you a free estimate. Also W.L. Gary provided the wrong diagnosis which would have cost me thousands of dollars more for something that did not need to be done.
