This company's customer service is the worse. They were suppose to pick up a wheel chair on Tuesday, despite the fact that I gave the correct address, they went to the wrong apartment. Then I rescheduled and specifically told the rep that I WOULD NOT BE HOME ON THURSDAY. She agreed to send someone on Friday morning before 11. When I called Friday morning, They indicated that someone was there on Thursday to pick up the wheel chair. He had no explanation as to why they came when I specifically said I would not be home. OF COURSE THEY HAD NO INTENTIONS OF COMING ON FRIDAY, THE DAY I AGREED TO. No apologized. Just made you feel like everything was your fault and not due to their listening skills. I would never deal with this company again.
