Terrible customer service. Ordered on line, cancelled without ever telling me that my credit card did not go through. Waited two weeks for order, finally had to contact. them. Very rude, just received a note saying they could not hold orders. It's a shame, was looking for supplier for small craft shop. Will look elsewhere.
