DO NOT U SE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!
After weeks of texting/calling to get a portion of the job scheduled and completed, Don Kelly overcharged me by leaving one of my payments off the final bill. After a week, he finally agreed to a refund. On 11/8/24, he texted me a copy of the check and mailing envelope. I haven't received it and he isn't answering my texts or calls.
